Can I get a refund?

For Readings: No refund will be issued if you received reading/services; once your session has begun, there will be no refunds, even if you leave mid-session.

• Payments must be made in advance unless other arrangements have been made.
• If you need to reschedule phone reading, you must do so at least 2 hours prior to scheduled appointment.  If less than 2 hours, you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee.
• Any refund issued will be amount discussed minus PayPal/Square processing fees.
• Corporate events and House Calls require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• Corporate events and House Calls must cancel or reschedule 72 hours prior to scheduled day.
• If Babbling Brooke Readings cancels you will receive full refund.
• If Babbling Brooke Readings reschedules you will not be charged a rescheduling fee.

Any exception to the above policies must be requested in writing and may or may not be granted at the sole discretion of BabblingBrookeReadings.

For all other services offered through the Babbling Brooke Readings website, there are no refunds.
